Not sure why, but the Notifier frequency setting is not always followed. I have a once in 59 minute setting, but as you see, this has happened twice in last few days (it does work most of the time - just occasionally it fails to wait).
It successfully ignored except on 10-29 and 11-01
Interesting. I have an idea about what might cause that, and will test it out.
It was taking a somewhat unusual approach to it. In your case with 59 minutes, it was running a timer every 59 minutes from the time you hit Done, and would only notify once within that recurring period. But that had nothing to do with when a notification happened. I think a more reasonable interpretation is to run the timer from when a notification happens, and not do another one until 59 minutes later.
Notice that the only once a day limit actually fits what I described above. I would take that to mean only once today, not only once in the next 24 hours.
Is there a once a day option? I don't see it. I would not like that option in any case, we get occasional false alarms and I do like the once per hour idea. Love your explanation - was creative methodology!
The Only once per day option is hidden once you input a number of minutes for the second option. Also, I will remove the limit of 59 for the number of minutes.
