I've had my lock setup to notify me when any code is entered. On latest version C7. Every morning when my salons door is unlocked by code, I do not get a notification. I've remove the rule and readded it. Still nothing's. Logs show lock was unlocked by John but no notification.
What do the logs show? Have you tried running the code “manually”? Are you getting other notifications on this device?

In Rule Machine, there is a button called “Run actions”. Pressing it will trigger the rule.
Yes I pressed the run action and I get a notification that the back door was unlocked by zero at a certain time so I know that the rule is working. Looking at the log when somebody enters a code the log instantly displays who it was see attached
So to be sure I understand
- when you run the rule manually, you get a notification
- when the rule is triggered by a code being entered, you don’t get a notification

Correct so basically the rule says if schlage lock is unlocked by any code then set HSM to disarm, change mode to open, send notification wait one minute lock door. I turned on the debugging on the lock and I did a test and I actually got a notification like it's supposed to. But that was one and only time. Just tested it again it does not follow the rule
Do you still have logging on? What does it show?
Yes logging is still on. When I did the first test when I turned on debugging everything worked great logs showed that it sent the message I got the message that it put the HSM and disarm the mode and open. Now when I do it I don't see any of that in the log just who unlocked the door nothing else

The logs when it doesn’t work. The rule only if it changed since your last screenshot.
Is logging still enabled in the rule? The log only shows the lock events…
