[Notifications] Please add device control

I love notifications, however it would be great for some (me) if you could add a device notification to the capability.

For instance, I have an RGB bulb that is normally used in the white mode. It would be great if Notifications could run that bulb to RED for say battery low.

A natural extension of this request might be to be able to blink the light RED if something really important was sensed.

BTW: I realize this request is very low priority, as it should be.

Why not just use Rule Machine to do this? Easy to do!

To be honest I never considered RM. Now that you've gotten me to look at than solution will be using RM for my battery monitoring.

Now I have to figure out how to monitor device presence (without an community app).

However I still think being able to notify using a lighting device is a good option.
