Notifications outside of parameters sent to my device

I created a notification setup to send my device a message when my temp sensors drop below 50 degrees. However, I'm receiving a temp notification regardless of the temp, even outside of the parameters set. Any insights into anything wrong on my end? Screenshots enclosed.

Those two conditions are independently tested. You're notified every time the temperature is greater than or equal to zero.

Remove the 0 from the >= condition. Just tested this, works as expected. Hit Done after removing the 0.
