Could we please add the ability to set a volume level for Chromecast devices when using the built in notifications.
Also I know I can do it with rule machine, but would it be possible to add power/energy meters as an option for device notifications.

This is in development as we speak. Not in the upcoming 2.1.3 release, but the next one after.
