I just upgraded my home network and now my notifications are about 5 seconds delayedon my iPhone. In the app it keeps popping up “notifications loading”. What is the fix?
Rule out your home network change first: does the same thing happen if you disable Wi-Fi on your phone and just use cell data?
What page are you looking at, and does this message ever disappear? You could try the "Refresh" option under "DNI" on the More > App Settings page in the app, or sign out and sign back in (and re-select your hub and the same mobile app device, if prompted).
Just tried on mobile network no WiFi. Same thing.
It pops up on all of the screens in the hubitat app. I’ll try what you suggested now.
