I have been researching a hub. I am newish to the smart home world. I have 7-8 smart light switches, a Rachio sprinkler system, nexx garage door opener, Nest thermostat and several smart plug-ins. A google home hub and several google home minis.
I have not used a hub yet. I am wanting to do more automation than comes standard with the google home app. I was looking into smartthings, but I am a bit more excited from what I am reading about hubitat. Homeseer seems to be a bit more advanced and a bit intimidating.
The question. It looks like hubitat does not work with the nest thermostat. Will it also have issues with my google home hub and google home minis? I am also thinking of upgrading my wifi to google nest wifi.
Thoughts?
