No Z-Wave or Zigbee network

On 1.0.8.711. I had many (5+) z-wave devices that were 'Dead - Re-Initialize'. I clicked the re-initialize button and waited ..... nothing. I then changed the Z-Wave network status to 'disable' and clicked 'Update'. At that point the screen went blank and I could not connect to the hub. I used IP:8081 and it allowed me to install firmware 1.0.7.710. I did that. I then updated to 1.0.8.711 and there is still no Z-wave or Zigbee network online?

I see log entries on the hub for my network (LAN) devices, but no activity from Z-wave or Zigbee devices. I have rebooted several times. No change.

I am not at home currently so I cannot power cycle the hub at this time.

Suggestions?

I know you are not home right now, so my suggestion is no good, but I would shut down the hub, remove the USB stick, boot up the hub and shut it down again, and then reinsert the stick and power it back on.

Thanks. If I don't get any remote options I will try that when I get home.

So I toggled the Zigbee 'enabled' to 'disabled', then back again, and the channel immediately changed back to where is was before (I forgot to mention that the channel changed from the original '17' to 11'). Because that seemed to work, I then toggled the Z-Wave from 'enabled' to 'disabled', then back again and I now all my devices are listed on the Z-wave screen (it was blank before) and none of them are listed as 'Dead.'

I am not certain all Z-wave and Zigbee devices are available and reporting again. The messages balloon in the upper right hand still says neither network is available.

Think I'll leave it alone until I am home then try to reboot then. Weird.

I did the Shutdown/remove stick, startup/shutdown/reinsert stick/startup .. thing and everything appears to be back to normal.
