No rules displaying in rules engine after 2.3.6.136 upgrade

I upgraded from 2.3.5.140 to 2.3.6.136 snd after doing so I now have no rules listed under the rules engine (not the legacy rules engine). I've tried clicking the find broken rules but nothing displays. I had quite a few rules listed before the upgrade though. When viewing the log, I can see and click on the rules from there. I can even click done and no error displays or anything. Please help on how to proceed forward or roll back to my previous working version (I did perform a backup before upgrading).

The new UI has the ability to expand/collapse child apps.
Do you have them collapsed? (See the icons with arrows point inward or outwards)

Yes, this had me for a while. Click on the little arrow, not on the section title…

Thank you. That was it. So glad I don't need to go through each one and do something to fix them.

I would recommend fixing the gui in a minor patch as the icon used is confusing and not standard in my opinion. I typically see the icon used in the ajax control toolkit's collapsible panel (http://www.ajaxcontroltoolkit.net/CollapsiblePanel/CollapsiblePanel.aspx).

You can also click here and expand the apps. Notice that apps that have child apps like my Advanced Button Controller have the arrow vs Amazon Echo Skill that does not.
