Hello everyone. I have applied the latest update to the HE but now the system is not responding. There is no blue light or indication of life. I have sent an email to support, but also wanted to get any feedback from the community.
I have tried to:
Unplug unit for a few hours
Move to another wall outlet and router
But no status LED concerns me. Any method to try to force reset? Is the unit bricked from the update?
Just tried new power source/cable and network cable. Still no LED light or able to reach.
I have sent an email to support. Was hoping maybe there was a system reset trick or something else. But it really seems dead. Only 2 weeks old.... Just migrated everything over last weekend. Go figure! Sadly I didn't make a backup ..so i guess I'll be starting from scratch again this weekend
I did agree to the update from the mobile app. Maybe that was a bad idea!
I'm almost certain I was on my phone when I was tempted by the update! I was on the local LAN mode.
But if it's not possible maybe I'm going crazy. Anyway, I'm asking Amazon to send a replacement since I'm within 30 days and haven't gotten a resolution from support yet.
