There is no Advanced option with all its resets in Settings > Diagnostic Tool on my C-8 Pro Platform version 2.3.8.119. So how do I Reset the Z-Wave Radio? How do I do a Full Reset?
Update the Diagnostic Tool, or wait a few days for it to happen on its own. For the former, see:

All of the Diagnostic Tool information is above, though there is an additional page for Soft Reset itself.
Advanced just contains resets that should do exactly as they are described in the UI if not above.
