I have a brand new Hubitat Elevation. Straight out of the box, no power. No blue light or green light. I tried resetting with the button on the bottom and it still will not power up? I bought direct from Hubitat. What do I do??

P.S. I would test the power supply by using any other USB 5V, 1A supply.

I do not have another power supply or cord. The only thing I have is an iPhone cube. I tried that and it would not work. I also tried plugging into the USB outlet on my surge protector and still didn't work.
