No hub registration option

I can't register the hub, I can't find the option visible in the documentation.

It goes away after the hub is registered. Click on My Account and see what it brings up.

Your hub may already be registered as @thebearmay suggested, however, the registration is purely a cloud function and as long as your hub isn't connected to the cloud, it will not be able to get the update that the hub is registered. You may want to troubleshoot why the hub isn't connected to the cloud. Often a simple reboot may be enough. If the problem persists, may want to check your local network settings to make sure the hub is allowed access to the internet.

And this is an interesting story, because the Hub worked fine for several years, and the problem appeared today. The Hub is visible from the mobile app, while it is invisible from the dashboards links in cloud.hubitat plus a message about no connection to the cloud. A reboot doesn't do anything, neither does a sof reset :wink:

Soft Reset wouldn't fix a cloud connectivity problem. I would go to Settings >> Hub Details and update the time from browser if the time is off, then let the hub run for a few hours to see if it reconnects. If it doesn't, I would look at your router/network/firewall settings to make sure nothing changed that may prevent the hub to access the internet.

I changed my ISP and had the wrong DNS in the Static IP section. Thanks for your help!
