I have cloud backup scheduled for 2AM each day and several days after setting it up and all was working well I just ignored it assuming all was well. Today I looked at my backup/restore and all I have is 7 local and 1 (old) migration backup. I cant find any information or log that explains why these cloud backups appear not to be working. (Yes, I clicked "Reload backups now)

I know this was working after I subscribed
Way ahead of you. While backing up, it spins for a few minutes. No errors or any messages. I click on Reload backups followed by Show All and nothing changes. Just the 7 Local and 1 Migration backups appear
Very weird, tagging @support_team
Yeah hopefully @bobbyd or @gopher.ny can figure it out.
Ok, it gets a whole lot weirder. Here is a screen shot of my old C7 which does not have a subscription. The cloud backups, including the 2 I just created trying to figure what was going on, show up under backup/restore of this old hub. Note that the local backup have the correct hub name but the cloud are that of the C8
Definitely strange. I assume you're on the latest platform on the c8?
Have you tried rebooting the C8? Looks like the backups are created. The fact that they don't show on C8 is some kind of UI glitch. Will look into it. Also, can you try connecting to C8 from an incognito session?
Rebooted several times but nothing changed. Incognito session didnt make any difference. I tried with both Chrome and Edge both same results.
Maybe unrelated but loading Settings/Backup and Recovery takes forever to load on this hub. No problem with either of my C7s
I have been out of town for two days. This morning I checked the backups again and voila.... They were all there. Either you guys did something at your end or leaving things be for a couple of days is all that was needed. In any case, everything appears fine now.
