No access to a C7 outside my local network

Cleared cookies on all the browsers, still unavailable. My one phone still has access to the C7 through the app but can’t add the iPad or the second iPhone.

As ZUBAIR above, I am unable to login from my Samsung phone with WIFI off. I did subscribe to the REMOTE ADMIN and the icon is showing but it just sit's there when I click on it. I had seen a "Invalid ID" message earlier. It just appears trying to connect but does not. I am using LOGIN SECURITY on my hub (actually both hubs, C5 and C7) I am only enrolled on the C5 right now as we are going our of town an want to be able to access it. I plan on moving to the C7 upon return. I did file a case with Support about 2:30P yesterday but have not heard back. Any help would be appreciated. I thought of turning SECURITY off but did not want to mess with settings until I heard from Support. Also, how do you turn it back on if I were to turn it off? I have checked for updates (none pending) Rebooted Hub and phone all to no change.
