Newer Installs don't seem to Mesh

Just got 6 Zooz 800 Series Z-Wave Long Range Dimmer Switch ZEN72 800LR
After a few days I see:
PER: , RTT Avg: ms, LWR RSSI: N/A
Neighbors: undefined, Route Changes: undefined
Is there some switch? Besides Hub Mesh Enabled?

If you joined them as Z-Wave LR devices, they will not mesh. That's the whole point of Z-Wave LR.

I don't know if Bryan has control over what appears here or if that's controlled by the SDK from SilLabs... But it would probably be clearer if those two were listed as N/A (the way "LWR RSSI:" is) rather than "undefined" foot's LR device's.

Just in case you're not already aware, Hub Mesh doesn't have anything to do with your z-wave (or zigbee or thread) mesh per se -- it's just a tool to connect multiple hubs.

Glad you posted, @hydro311 - Z-Wave (or Zigbee) mesh vs. Hub Mesh.

Just to be sure, Scott, you're talking about the "undefined" entries in the Z-Wave Details page, right? Not about sharing devices between hubs using the Hub Mesh feature, correct?

On new devices I get neighbors undefined. Some finally define but other don't. I fon' understand answers above... Thanks

Hi Scott -

Could you post a screen shot of your Z-Wave Settings page? Seeing it will be essential for the community and/or Hubitat staff to help resolve the issues you have observed.

LR Devices joined in LR mode will never show neighbors as they always connect to the hub directly.

Regular Z-Wave devices, and long range Z-Wave devices joined as mesh rather than Z-Wave, will show neighbors, although the neighbors can take a little while to fill in.

There's a button at the top of the Z-Wave details page but you can use to try to refresh the details shown on the page. I'm blanking on the name of the button and I'm away from my computer at the moment but it should be obvious if you look up there which one will refresh the data on the page.
