I'd have to agree with Neon you should give it more time. Is HE perfect no, far from it. Better than ST 1000 fold.
When you say mobile app is "chunky" are you talking about the dashboard interface?
I thought that too until I found smartly. I switched to HE the next day, and never looked back! Here are two quick examples of what you can do, to help ease your mind. IMHO they are not "chunky" at all, rather slim
