New WiFi router obliterated my Zigbee network - how to coexist?

I use WiFi Analyser from VREM Software.
It's open source and looks to be Mao free

I should mention that after switching off the 2.4GHz radio in our router, the house is not completely without 2.4GHz WiFi since we have a ethernet-wired access point that's broadcasting WiFi from the 2nd floor of our house, far from the Hubitat in the basement, and seems to be reaching most legacy WiFi devices (although I haven't done a definitive checkin with each one.)

Which begs the question: is there something about the interference that was caused by the proximity of the 2.4GHz WiFi radio in our new router to the Hubitat unit, which is different from the effects of a 2.4GHz WiFi radio near Zigbee nodes? For instance, you can see from this mesh graph that the Upstairs Lamp (a Cree bulb) is connected directly to the Hubitat and the Basement proximity sensor 2 floors below even though our 2.4GHz repeating access point is positioned less than 2 feet from that lamp? Would a simple difference in the broadcasting radio power explain it?
