New user - cannot login with android app

Got my new Hubitat c-8 Pro 2 days ago. I cannot login on the android Hubitat Elevation App or Hubitat mobile app. Everytime I try I get a never ending loading icon and an "Incorrect Username or password" red box message. I can login on the hub and on the my.hubitat.com site from the PC and the cell. What am I doing wrong?

Additional information:

  • I created an EZ dashbord to test, added over 15 devices, created groups, rules, ... everything is working fine. Still cannot view the dashboard on my cell phone using Hubitat elevation (or Hubitat Home).
  • I try accessing it from my samsung tablet, same result.
  • I tried to create a new account with same email, account does exist
  • I tried to reset the password, no success.
  • on the hubitat site I can see my registered hub.
  • I was carefull with username and password (type with no capital the email, and I tried manually and using a password manager tool to past)
  • note that I cannot login at Login | Hubitat Documentation but can see the help topics

If you saved the password in the browser, make sure that you are using the same when logging in the mobile app.

I know from experience that what I remember to be the "right" password, the one saved in the browser's password manager is actually different.

The Mobile app uses the same process that is used to log into my.hubitat.com.

The login for documentation is different than Hubitat account, and is for administrators only.

Also, local hub login could be different than Hubitat account used on Mobile app and my.hubitat.com.

It was due to using 2 differents pasword manager and this one only was not in sync.
