New setup time out after discovery

I'm setting up a new C-8 and the unit being seen in discovery. When I click "Connect to Hub" it spins and times out. This has been duplicated on both my phone and computer. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Can you tell what the IP address is from whatever you're using to discover? If not, try http://findmyhub.hubitat.com, and it should show you. Try one of the "Advanced" scans if you don't see it (or maybe just for fun in case the one it finds isn't right; the IP-address-based one always works well for me, but others may too). A desktop, laptop, or tablet will be much easier than a phone, but either should work.

My thinking is to make sure it's not a self-assigned address or other problem and to make sure it's up to date in case the DHCP assignment changed since it last checked in, assuming you don't have a reservation or similar set up on your router. Your router's admin interface likely also has a way to show connected devices and their IP addresses, usually also with a MAC address (find that on the bottom of your hub, assuming you're using wired) you can use to match.

Also, if you have an unusual networking setup (vLANs, etc.), eliminate those from the picture to test.
