Hi Andy,
Just wanted to let you know, I received my 5VDC relay today from Amazon, modified that old junk box tilt sensor (removing the Tilt switch and soldering wires to the old pads) and then wired everything up.

It has reliably been sending Notifications to my Cell Phone from all my tests and running since 1:15PM US Easter Time (its now midnight). The relay is not even warm and solution is stable.

Thanks BorrisTheCat!. I setup a Rule in RM just as you described. As I mentioned in a Reply to Andy. This is a stable solution and I kinda like the whole thing. (Cool, I know - I'm really dating myself!)
