So I received my Hubitat Hub yesterday and was eager to start using. Started following the instructions to get it set up. Connected hub to my router via the supplied ethernet cable and used the micro usb for the power supply. From there nothing happened. No blue or green lights. Check my router fir attached devices thinking maybe the light on the hub did not work. Router did not show it as attached. Tried a different USB power as well as a different USB adapter as well as different ethernet cable - and still nothing. Submitted an email to Hubitat support, been over 24 hours and still no response from Hubitat. Not very good first impressions. Feeling frustrated.

Real sorry to hear of your bad unboxing experience but Iโm pretty confident the guys at HE will get you sorted out.
It can be a very frustrating and disappointing to get something new, only to find out itโs DOA. Tagging @bobbyD for his assistance as you seem to have done the basic tests and swap outs to eliminate the obvious device failures.

have you tried a different usb power supply or cable .. either could be bad.
Yes, I have tried different ethernet cables, different micro usb cables, different usb power adapters and different outlets for power.
Shame your Hubitat was DOA, but I'm certain Hubitat support will set it right.
