What color is the light on the front? If green, it may just be a browser issue.

You will need to log in using the MAC address printed on the sticker on the bottom of your hub.

Sometimes a hub picks up a different IP address when it reboots. If the above steps listed by 672southmain don't work, you can see if you can find the hub by MAC address in the router, and use the IP address (probably in the 192.168.x.x range) listed to get to the hub. The MAC is on your hub and should start with 34:E1:D1.
You can type that IP address into your browser, and access the hub. I bookmark that IP address (and to me anyway) that is the easiest way from a browser (not the phone app) to access the hub. In other words I just go to 192.168.0.80 to access my hub.
Most people recommend putting the hub (or any smart device really) on a reserved IP address in your internet router so it will always be in the same "place" when you try to access it.
