New hub - won't power after selecting safe Power off

Hi,

I just got my Hubitat hub C5. I connect the ethernet cable and power and registered it.
Then I updated the firmware, and when it finished I select the option to safe power off, waited for the red light before disconnecting from power.

I moved the hub to it's "final" location, and connected the cables, but it doesn't power any more.

There is no more green, blue or red light in the hub. And I can not access the hub or find it in the registration web page.

Any advice?

Have you Tested the power pack ?

If you are referring to the USB charger, yes it is working (it charges my phone without any issue).

I also have a USB power meter, and the hub (without the extra dongle connected) draws 5.2V at 0.13 Amperes.

And the ethernet cable you have connected works fine and is connected to your router?

Yes, I've tried different cables, and connected one of them to my laptop and it worked.

It may be time to call in the cavalry (@bobbyD) . . .
