Since purchasing new hub half devices no longer work. No problem with old hub. I can no longer go straight to devices, I have to go to register hub and then to devices. No longer useful.
What versions are the hubs? And what are the decixes not working

Need more details. In addition to the questions posed by @mavrrick58, how did you migrate from the old hub to the new hub? Are both hubs registered to the same email address?

Please state in more detail what steps you are taking to try to access your hub, and which step is failing.

Guessing that the OP doesn't have a DHCP reservation set for the hub anymore.

Im guessing that’s at least part of the problem too but it’s pretty hard to say what problem(s) the OP is trying to describe without more details.
