New C8 Pro. Green light flashes green then red. Does not create a network to configure. Defective wifi chip? Do I need to return it?
Did the reset with paperclip and I can now connect to the hub. Entered my wifi information but cant connect to hub when I switch back to my main home network. Tried using https://findmyhub.hubitat.com/ but it still can not find it. Is this supposed this complicated?
Is the hub on this same network?
Have you checked your router to see what IP address it assigned to the hub?
Hub same network. Checked IP and it was not showing up. Have gone back and forth between the hub network and mine. I keep on entering my Wifi credentials. Then it tells me to go back to find hub.
Rebooted three times more. Finally showed up on my network. Now stuck on getting started login. Tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Is this a defective device? Do I need to return it?
Gave up on wifi set up. Connected to router directly. Seems to be stuck updating. Maybe taking longer because it is initial update?

Now that you have found your hub, please be sure to reserve an IP address in your ethernet router.
