Hi I have recently moved into a flat and the previous owners have Phillips hue lights installed in all rooms and all the switches are connected to JINQII ZigBee Smart Scene Switch through a hubitat elevation model c-7 but when I tried to connect it says they are still the admin so I tried to connect straight to the Phillip hue bridge to then find out the switch weren’t compatible with the hue bridge and that’s why they had the hubitat but now I can no longer use the switch’s in the bedroom or bathroom meaning I have no lights is there anything any one can do to help or suggest so I can get it working again

@user5869 If you can contact the previous owners, ask them to remove the hub from their account, then you can set it up in your name. If that is not possible, go to Warranty – Hubitat Support and pick Account problem. @bobbyd will work with you in fixing things

Hi there, hub registration would not prevent you from troubleshooting or using the switches. Are you able to access the hub locally by visiting the following page?

If you send me a private message, I can help you transfer the hub registration to your account, however that is less likely the root cause of your malfunctioning devices.
