did you go to portal.hubitat.com to register and locate hub on your LAN? Do you have any VLANs?

Two issues apparently, bad network cable and seems my 10 G switch couldn’t connect. After I fixed both it worked. Network cable shipped from Hubitat. Don’t know if other issue was common to Hubitat, but that switch has been particular in the past!

FYI some switches can give problems with speed negotiation on the HUB. Info on these forums
yep, figured that, network cable complicated my fault isolation troubleshooting!
