No, as I mentioned in three of my posts, I'm new to the smart home world, including Hubitat. However, I have done a considerable amount of "hobby" coding in Visual Basic, and am a fairly experienced theater lighting console programmer... hence the request to add a feature, rather than just "change" it.
I will restate my concern with your Capture/Restore solution... If I Capture the state at my first button press, then other events that change that state can occur before I invoke the Restore. I think I'm better off just creating multiple Scenes for the local outdoor light groups, and calling those individual scenes when I "restore" to the seasonal look. But that was the whole purpose of making my original suggestion.
