New C8 remains blue

Hello, new to hubitat here. Setting up a BNIB C8, unable to discover the device and the led remains blue always. I have tried pressing the button for 7 seconds already, ethernet connection is confirmed working properly. Is there a way to attempt to connect this via wifi, or anything else I should try?

Blue means the device booted up, but the hub's main UI/platform aren't loading. You should be able to access the hub via the hub diagnostic tool at:

hubIPaddress:8081

You should be able to find your hub's IP address on your router.

Once you have access via the diagnostic tool there are options to troubleshoot your situation.

I have access to the router and the device is not obtaining an ip, I can see the mac in the switch config menu but no luck finding an ip. I tried the network reset process holding the button for at least 7 seconds, the unit never blinks or reboots and stays blue. Power cycling the unit didn't work either.
