New C8-Pro Zigbee stuck on Initilizing

I have a new C-8 Pro hub, updated to 2.4.0.146 and performed the cloud backup/migration from my older C-5. The Zigbee network on the C-8 is stuck on the initializing status. I tried doing the Zigbee reset from the diagnostic tool, received an error that the network could not be reset. What's my next step in troubleshooting?

Update: I did a full reset on the C-8 and the Zigbee radio came online without any devices added. I then did another DB import/migration from the C-5, Zigbee radio again got stuck. Performed another full reset and DB import/migration but did not include Zigbee info. I now see the network up but my devices have not reconnected. Do I have to re-pair all of the devices?

I have seen others with this issue, there usually is a fix. Be certain the old C5 hub is shutdown then unplugged before trying to restore the cloud backup to the C8 Pro
It's the weekend but I'm tagging @support-agent , don't know if they respond on weekends.

Yes, when you migrate the zigbee radio it copies the network ID over so the devices think its the same radio. So good and bad news. Good news is that the actual device IDs would be restored with the hub database, so when you pair the device they will just drop into place on the hub devices. Bad news is you would have to go reset and pair them all again.

There might be another solution, just depends on how long you want to wait.

I went the route of adding everything back into the C-8 hub. It was a bit painful to find all of the reset instructions for the various bulbs I have. I'm back up and running on the C-8 without any issues. Minor bit of pain.
