I received a C8 Pro with a faulty zigbee radio. How do I go about getting a replacement?

However, what steps led you to conclude that the radio is faulty? You'll need that information there, so it's good to think about, but in the event it's a related issue manifesting as Zigbee problems, others here can also help.
Thank you. Migrated and zero zigbee devices connected. Z-wave worked great. Couldn't add any new. Reset and did cloud backup again. No luck. Tried changing from channel 20 to 25. No luck. Changed back. Finally got one device connected via touch, but couldn't operate past 18 to 24 inches. Had significant lag when not touching. Swapped antennas with my C8. No change. Changed back to my C8 and has every device fully functional again. Determined either an internal loose antenna wire or bad radio.
