New C8 Pro User with Wiz Matter Plugs NOT Working

I'm a new C8 Pro user with two Wiz Smart plugs that support matter. I've got the plugs working with the native WIZ app, but the Hubitat does NOT see them at all, either as WIZ devices or MATTER devices. I CAN ping the IP of the plug from the Hubitat using the PING tool of the Hubitat but the WIZ Integration app cannot find them.

Any ideas?

The WIZ integration is from before they had matter support so not sure if it will work on those. Check the docs for how to add matter devices to the hub.

This isn't too specific.

Did you share the device from the originating integration (Wiz?) to Hubitat? There should be a sharing code in Wiz where you copy and paste it into Hubitat via Devices tab, Add Device, and then Matter.

I don't think you would need this with Matter devices. I believe that is only when you are integrating via local or cloud, which isn't the same as Matter.

Thanks to all who replied. Turns out I needed to go deeper into the wiz app to put the device into MATTER pairing mode. Once I did so and inputted the pairing codes for each into the Hubitat, the system recognized the plugs and both are now working as expected. Once again, Thanks.
