Hello! I have a brand-new C8 Hubitat ordered from Amazon and I can't get it to be "found" during the setup process (even though light is green).
The first time, I was able to see the "My New Hubitat" network on my phone. I then entered my home network name and password, press 'connect', and it disappeared (no error message). But then it wouldn't show up during the "find" process. I tried the advanced options, no dice.
Since then I've tried multiple times with Ethernet and WiFi, and also have tried power cycling and resetting the hub. Still nothing. Now I can't even get the network to show up.
Any ideas? Thx!
Press the network reset button on the bottom of the hub with a toothpick or paperclip for 7 seconds (it will be the only round hole out of all the square ones)
After that connected it up via ethernet... then program it.
