New C8 - Hub not found on network

I just ordered a new C8 from Amazon. I followed the instructions and connected it to my router. Nothing was found. I then rebooted and unplugged the ethernet cable to try connecting via wifi. The network couldn't be found.

I'm not really sure what the issue is here...

Does it have a green led on the front?

Boot starts off, of course, then goes blue, and finally green over a 2 to 7 min period if it needs to download a new platform OS.

I’d encourage you to remain on wired Ethernet until you get past the initial setup.

Should not be needed for a brand new hub, but Try doing a network reset: Network Setup | Hubitat Documentation

After you hold the button and release. the LED should flash, then turn off, then go to blue indicating it is rebooting.

Just finished doing that. I also tried connecting my old router (not old, just wasn't used since I moved a couple weeks ago). It seems like the cox provided router wasn't recognizing any of the Ethernet ports until I hit the WPS button which seems very odd to me.

Anyway, after all that I was finally able to find the hub.
