New App installation issue

Just installed the new App. App opens and displays a "what's new" screen for about one second. App then closes.

Could you please provide more details about which app, operating system version, hub platform version?

The new app is "Hubitat Elevation" from the Apple App store.
My OS: 17.5.1
Hub platform: 2.3.9.158
Hardware version: c-7

Two screens flash when opening the new app. I can't make out what they say before the app closes.
