I’ve tried to use the new iOS app, but have never gotten past the first screen!
On startup, I get this screen
Pressing OK just takes me to this
I can (and do) use the old app with no problem, but I’d sure like to use the new one…any suggestions?
Are you logged into the old app on the same device you’re trying to use the new app?
I think that can cause issues.
