New Android App Geofence notworking

I installed the new Android app and the geofence is not working. I created a RM rule to detect a change to my phone's presence and send a notification to my phone. It never fires.

Didn't notice before, but same for me. The last presence event I've received was a week ago.

Same on iOS. The app doesn’t even ask for location permissions.
