Network Switch incompatibility and Hubitat Lock-up - Anyone else?

Hi, I am in contact with support over an issue with my Hub locking up.

I have a Lutron Caseta Hub and a handful of zigbee devices connected. It is a brand new hub that I just started setting up a few months ago.

About a month ago I noticed it was locking up - green light on - no response.

I contacted support and they checked the hub and said it was an incompatibility with my network switch. I have an Ubiquiti Edgerouter - which I believe to be a solid switch that I have been using for years.

Support asked me to issue the following command:

yourHubIP/hub/advanced/network/lanautonegconfigenable

I did this and now it is much worse.

I have been chatting with others on the forum and it appears that this issue is not limited to me. Others are being told that the Cisco 2960s switch is an issue, Netgear switches.

While this is by no means a scientific survey - there doesn't appear to be a survey feature on the board - are there any others facing this issue?

There is a polls feature in Discourse.

My bad. Let me see if anyone chimes in here and is having the same issue.

Did you try isolating it from the switch? Just to see? What info did that command provide you?
[EDIT]
I have a netgear switch and I'm not having any troubles.

No...no problem. Just thought I'd give you the instructions if you wanted to add one to your first post. I've never had reason to use it but I've seen others. Works quite well.

I have ubiquiti Unifi with the 3 HE hubs, Lutron bridge, Hue bridge all running happily on the same Vlan. Not sure if because I assigned fixed IP to all my devices help.

Thanks for that config change URL. It certainly helped the packet loss I was having with an unmanaged Netgear switch.
