Nest tstat - able to add device, see data. But displays error/frown on dashboard

C8-Pro, 2.3.9.201

Newbie that just installed C8-Pro that I bought a while ago. I successfully added a Nest thermostat using Matter (which I enabled). When I look at Device screen for the Nest, the data (e.g. current temp) is correct. I can also change the temp by typing a number into setHeatingSetPoint and indeed it changes at the Nest. The problem is that when I created my first dashboard (EZ type), it does not display the temp on dashboard - just a frown :frowning:

I assume the frown means an error of some sort - but how do I proceed? I even tried using the HE mobile app and same frown appears on the dashboard…

TIA,
Mike

Update: I created another dashboard - but chose Hubitat Dashboard instead of EZ. The Nest tstat device does now display the current temp. Only glitch is that it shows
“ unknown Fan Mode”.

On the tstat’s Device page I did tap on [setThermostatFanMode] after choosing “auto” from the Fan mode popup field - and when I look at Logs I do see it being set to auto…

Not sure what to try to fix this…

Looking on the device page for the Nest - under Current States -> SupportedThermostatFanModes it doesn’t list any values, just an empty set of brackets [ ].

I would have expected it to contain something like
[on,auto]

Note - I surrounded on and auto with asterisks, but they are stripped out after I Save Edit…

I’m guessing the built-in driver is missing that info ??
