Neo Power Plug Not Detecting Correctly

Purchased one of these to replace a broken zwave plug. When I add it in, it shows up but it doesn't show up as a plug. It has a bunch of buttons for schedules and all that but no way to to turn on and off. When I pass it through to Home Assistant the only thing it shows for an entity is LastUpdateStatus. I am fairly new to Hubitat, migrated over from my vera hub this weekend. All my other devices detect correctly.

I can't link to the plugs but it's on amazon its neo power plug grey. (they look like the old Dome ones)

This one?

Yes, thanks for linking (guess I'm too new to be able to put links in).

Join the owner's group and it'll allow you to post links and screenshots: Hub owners - Hubitat

For your issue, sounds like HE mapped it to the wrong device type. Try changing the Device Type to "Generic Z-wave outlet" and see if you can control on/off.

Thanks for both info(s)!!!! I'll check it when I get home (I removed it so can't test right now). Will join for sure!

That's weird. I have a few of those - all paired without security. Use this built-in driver, "Neo Coolcam Power Plug". After changing drivers, click "Configure". Here's what the Device page looks like:

Thanks for the image, once I change the driver dropdown I'll see what it says, so use the neo coolcam one vs the generic is what you're saying?

Yes. Because it allows you to control power metering.
