Bought a cheap water sensor...

ZG-222Z

My C8Pro recognized it immediately but gave it the 'Tuya Multi Sensor 4 in 1' driver, which of course does not work! Does anyone know of a driver that would work with this device, here is the fingerprint after being recognized

Thanks that worked. I was filtering the drop-down list with 'water' not 'moisture'.

I tried using the generic driver on mine but it still doesn't register as a water sensor. Am I missing a step? Tried both normal and no temp with no change in options.

Did you hit Configure after changing drivers?

It may not be a bad idea to first switch it to plain "Device" (then Configure) and then use all of its available options to clear current states etc. Then switch to the desired final driver (and Configure again). That would ensure you have a completely clean slate for the desired driver.

Yeah pressed configure. I paired two other models SNZB-05P just fine and thought it'd be the same thing.

I deleted and added it directly to the hub not through a repeater. Tried all commands as device. Switched to generic Zigbee moisture, save, configure.

Still not getting the right parameters to show.

Enable the Debug logging in the 'Generic Zigbee Moisture Sensor' driver already assigned to the HOBEIAN water leak sensor.

Pair it again to your hub (without deleting it!).

Anything in the live logs?

As a general rule, battery-powered, sleepy Zigbee devices that were not automatically recognized by HE when first paired must be re-paired with the hub (without deleting the device), after the correct driver is identified and assigned.
