I sent this via email to support@hubitat.com but never got any sort of reply back, so trying here.
I set up a new account on my.hubitat.com with a new email address. We are planning to change ISP so I need to start using a new Outlook email account.
I logged in to my account on my.hubitat.com/login, selected Hub Details on the first hub, entered the new email address and clicked Replace Admin, and get the error User not found. Tried on another of my hubs with same result.
I am able to login to the new account with no problem on my.hubitat.com. Maybe I am missing a step somewhere.
