Just had a power outage and Realized my hue hub did not come back on and realized the built in driver for this is missing sine features that the plug supports.

It is typical for built-in drivers not to support every feature of all devices (though I understand the request--just can't speak to it), however, if you are looking for that, Inovelli offers their own drivers that do. They are all linked to from their website.
Or, you can click the "Parameter Document" link at the bottom of the screenshot to get the parameter number, size, and desired value, then use a special driver like the Basic Z-Wave Tool to set what you want and switch back to whatever driver you want.

Downloaded there driver and it indeed has additional options but not power restore preferences. And the parameters don't specify that either. Contrary to the manial beginning to think it doesn't suppoet.that. time to replace it.
They really thought it was more important to control the led behavior that how it works on power restore. Their designer should be fired.
I tought those were the same as the Minoston. If so, parameter 6 control that behavior.

value = 0 --> off
value = 1 --> on
value = 2 --> last state
thanks i tried minston drivrer didnt work but iwll try setting those parameters with the zwave driver
testing this now but just found a bug in the stock inovelli driver when you hit save prefrences..
more info setting parameter 6 didnt work.. no suprise as loggin shows that the querying or setting of parameters is ignored as nothing comes back.. my guess is the device does not have anything in firmeare to handle it ... i also tested setting 1 and 2,,, nothing..
I guess Minoston and Inovelli dont use the same firmware
