What version of the UniFi Protect app (on your UniFi console) are you running? You can find this under the Settings (gear icon) page in the UniFi Protect app, either the web interface or in the mobile app and possibly other places. Here's an example:

Yeah, that looks like the problem. You should be able to upgrade if you wanted to use the integration (not sure UniFi has cut off support for any hardware yet), although I know some UniFi users are hesitant to touch anything that's working.
Whats the deal with the 5.3.38 requirement? When would 6x be supported? It has features i would like to use but they don't work. I assume it's because I'm at the latest version of hubitat.
The problem before is that the version was too old, not that it was too new. Version 5.3.38 is the minimum.
Version 6.x is supported now (and you can see I was actually running it, from my screenshot, when I replied above).
