Nanoleaf Essential Light Strip

Device was discovered by Alexa. Added it to HE.

However HE identified it as DEVICE, not the Nanoleaf Essential Light Strip, and changing the driver to the correct device is not an available option.

Details are:

  • endpointId: 01
  • hardwareVersion:
  • inClusters: 001D,0003,0004,0005,0006,0008,0300,001E
  • manufacturer: Nanoleaf
  • model: NL72K1

Any suggestions?

Why not? You should be able to change "Type" to "Generic Matter RGBW Light" or share more details about what's actually happening.

On a related note, if you are not on the latest Nanoleaf firmware, I'd suggest updating. I believe this can only be done from the Nanoleaf app. It has resolved many Matter connectivity problems if that is also part of your issue.

Sorry. Firmware had been updated. My mistake was thinking the driver would be Nanoleaf due to the potential features.
