My Hubitat Hub Not Connecting

I am unable to connect to my Hub. The internet went down the other day and I was unable to turn my lights on and off. I checked to see if the Hub was connected to my router only to find it was not listed as any connected devices on my router. The IP address that used to be assigned to my Hub was now assigned to a camera on my property. I've tried unplugging the Hub for 1 minute and plugging it back in with no luck. Still not connecting to my router. I've tried rebooting my mac desktop and router with no luck. I'm getting ready to throw this thing in the garbage. I thought it was going to be less of a hassle than using my wink hub, but this is just nerve racking. It's been 4 days and I can't get this thing to reconnect to my system... Any Clue???

Your best bet is probably going to be to submit a case to support@hubitat.com.

Have you tried going to https://portal.hubitat.com/

When you do get things back working, assign your hub to a static IP address.
It will save any aggravation of the hub picking up a new IP address and causing you issues of not seeing it because you are using the old ip address.
