My hub won't appear in my account any more

I switched my hub to a static IP in settings then rebooted it. Deleted the old hub entry from my account list of hubs (showed the wrong, old, IP). Now no hubs listed in my account. Go into hub and select Register, it had me enter my login info then just returned to the menu page I started from. Still not showing in my account. Now, when I click on the Register hub entry, it sends me to a page with a Continue button, but that just sends me back to the menu page. No effect, still no registered hub. Did a 'Soft Reset' that sent me through all the setup again (only it remembered the static IP), only to end up in the same place. Hub not registered but will not register! Any way to fix this?

Could try using the network reset button to remove the static IP and see if that let's you attempt to register.

If you go to Settings then select Hub Details, do you see your email address under Emails Linked to this Hub section? If yes, then reboot the hub from Settings. If no email, then check your network to make sure the hub is able to connect to the cloud. Rebooting the hub may also help if hub is not connected.
