My hub got wiped

I went to login to my hub this morning and all of my settings and devices were wiped. How would I go about getting all my settings and devices back including custom apps and custom drivers?

I imagine it could just be database corruption (which can happen if the power is pulled without the hub being correctly shut down)

Try:

Settings > Reboot (click show advanced options) > Select 'rebuild database on reboot' > Yes

Hopefully that should do it. If not you might need to create a backup and use the diagnostic tool to do a soft reset and restore.

Tuya devices will not show up I don't remember how I got them to show up

Did you do a rebuild database - I'm not familiar with anything Tuya?

If everything else is OK and you just have Tuya devices missing, your hub is not 'wiped' as such. If that's the case it might be best to start a post relating to 'missing Tuya devices' and include model references, whether they're WiFi or Zigbee etc.

What kind of Tuya devices? And how were they integrated?

The only Tuya devices that work with Hubitat directly are Tuya Zigbee. If they are wifi devices, you must had had some cloud integration running, but I would think that you would remember that.

For the future, really consider buying Hub Protect. It is not expensive, You can schedule cloud backups to be taken automatically, and it saves all your device pairings for a full hub restore, even if it is restored to a new hub.
