My devices drop

good, I have xiaomi contact devices, for the lock, I have the hub at 3 meters, and a zigbee curtain device at 2 meters and every two by three I am not present, when I close and open the door I am already present, you know What can be?

  1. Can you post the output of the endpoint "/hub/zigbee/getChildAndRouteInfo" as a screenshot?
  2. Can you list all your zigbee devices that function as zigbee routers/repeaters (these are typically line-voltage powered zigbee devices)? I ask because many zigbee routers are incompatible with Aqara devices.

xiaomi plug, zemismart blind

You have 5 repeaters. Of the five, the only work that is being used as a repeater is
"Estor cuarto juguetes". The other repeaters have an outCost of 0, which is not good. What are those other 4 devices?

Edit: Bottom-line - the zigbee mesh needs some strengthening.

I have 3 z wave neo Coolcam plugs, and how could I fix my mesh? I thought that the "toilet plug" was like a repeater

I am seeing that many of my devices do not come out, such as the motion sensors aqara or the xiaomi, I have one xiaomi and 4 aqara, nor the xiaomi button, why do they not appear in that image?

THey have either dropped, or are connected more than one hop away from the Hubitat.

Z-wave devices only repeat for other z-wave devices, and zigbee devices only repeat for zigbee devices.

The output of that log in your screenshot can only show zigbee devices.

Aqara devices are non-standard Zigbee. Most will work with Hubitat if you have suitable repeaters. When I tried to add a couple of Aqara sensors to my system, I found that the Smartthings and Centralite ZHA 1.2 plugs that had worked well with other Zigbee sensors would not work with Aqara. I ended up replacing all my plugs with Zigbee 3.0 plugs (eWeLink technology) that were inexpensive. Now the Aqara devices work fine. It is my understanding that even a single incompatible repeater in your system could cause Aqara to malfunction.

Take a look at the LQI numbers for each of your repeaters. The only one that is working as a repeater has an LQI over 250. The maximum is 255, so that repeater has a strong connection. The other ones are significantly less.

Let us know the specific make and model of the repeating devices in your system. Hopefully, someone can help you indentify any that might be an issue with Aqara.

This. Ikea plugs and repeaters are also compatible.

these are my products that I have right now in my system. 4 aqara motion sensors, a xiaomi motion sensor, 4 xiaomi contact sensors, 1 xiaomi water leak sensor, 1 xiaomi button, a Xiaomi plug, a sonoff motion sensor, a sonoff temperature sensor, a curtain motor zemismart with cable, I have an ikea repeater on the way, let's see if someone can help me friends

I know friend, thank you

What is the device called estor cuarto juguetes?

Please tell us the name of the device manufacturer, and the device model #.

From the list of devices you provides, nearly everything is a battery powered Aqara/Xiaomi sensors that do not have repeating capability. There are also a couple of Itead Sonoff sensors, that would not be Your blinds appear to be based on Tuya Zemismart technology. Since they have motors, they are likely to be mains powered and so might function as repeaters. Since my eWeLink plugs are also based on Tuya technology, I am hoping the blinds are compatible repeaters for Aqara/Xiaomi.

Hopefully, another compatible repeating device will be sufficient, but do not be surprised if more than one is needed.

here I give you a photo of the device zemismart blind. "Estor cuarto juguetes"

I am waiting for a plug to arrive, ikea, since I have read that it works very well from repeater, from what I see "enchufe lavabo" is a xiaomi zigbee plug, pro it does not act as a bridge, so I will remove it from he, that do you suggest me?

And another thing, why don't my motion sensors come out? all my devices come out except the motion ones

If you want or need to use xiaomi zigbee devices, you have to plan your mesh extremely thoughtfully.

As @aaiyar and @rwclements228 mentioned, many xiaomi and aqara devices use a non-standard implementation of zigbee, and that is well known to cause issues.

I’m not sure if the xiaomi plug you use is ever functional as a repeater in a Hubitat zigbee mesh; according to your screenshot above, it’s definitely not acting as a functional repeater in your mesh.

The zemismart blinds you’re using do appear to be repeating.

Your ikea tradfri plug on order is likely to help in terms of improving your zigbee mesh repeating and specifically your xiaomi devices. But like @rwclements228 said, you may still need more of them to have a sufficient number of zigbee repeaters to stabilize the mesh in your home.

That depends not only on the number and type of devices, but also the size and shape of your home, sources of interference with the radio waves that zigbee is using, etc.
